and I'll get back to you as soon as I can. Including your phone model and the level number
makes it much faster to track down.
How the game works
Tapping an arrow does nothing. Something is in its way. An arrow only leaves the board in the direction it points, and only if that path is clear. Clear the blocker first.
Is every board actually solvable? Yes. Each level is built so that a valid order always exists; no board can be generated into a dead end.
I lost all three hearts. The board resets, but your progress on earlier levels is untouched. You can optionally watch one rewarded video to get a heart back and continue from where you were.
Streaks and the daily puzzle
What keeps a streak alive? Solving anything on a given day, including the daily puzzle.
I missed a day. A freeze token covers exactly one missed day and is spent automatically. Two or more missed days always resets the streak. Tokens are earned at streak milestones and you can hold at most two.
Does the daily puzzle affect my level progress? No. It counts toward your streak and its own best time only; it never advances your campaign level or awards stars.
Leaderboard and your account
Do I have to sign in? No. The whole game works signed out, forever. Signing in with Google is only for the leaderboard, so your times can appear next to a name.
Who can see my name? Anyone who opens a leaderboard. It's a nickname you choose, not your real name, and your email is never shown to anyone.
How do I change my name? Settings → Your name. You get two changes per 30 days.
I signed in with a different Google account and my levels didn't come with me. That's deliberate. Your history belongs to the first account that uploaded it, so the same progress can't be posted under several accounts. The new account starts from its own record.
Someone's name is offensive. Email me at the address below and I'll deal with it. Names are filtered when they're set, and accounts can be blocked.
How do I delete my account? Settings → Delete account, or see Delete your account if you've already uninstalled. Your puzzle progress on the phone isn't affected.
Data, ads and notifications
Where is my progress saved? On your phone. If you sign in, a private copy of your levels, stars and times is also kept in your account so you can get them back on another phone. Your streak travels with it, and the days you played are combined rather than replaced, so you never lose one. Your settings stay on the device. See the Privacy Policy.
I changed phones. Sign in on the new phone with the same Google account and your levels, stars and times come back. If you had already played on the new phone, you'll be asked which progress to keep before anything is replaced. If you never signed in on the old phone, there is unfortunately nothing to recover.
Are there ads? Only one, and only if you choose it: an optional rewarded video to get a heart back after a board ends. No banners, no interstitials.
The reminder isn't arriving. Check that reminders are on in the app's Settings, and that notifications for Arrows are allowed in Android's own settings. Battery optimisation on some phones can also delay them.
